LifeStraw merchandise purchased from Eartheasy may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition and in the original manufacturer’s labelled packaging.
Refunds are not issued except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. Please send photos of the damaged or defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email to guarantee they will be processed.
Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of your invoice.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective. Please retain tracking information for your shipment, as we cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit.
Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. If you received a damaged or defective product, please include photos showing the damage, and whether you would like a refund or replacements sent to you.
